
Fitness is a vital component of our Junior and Adult Programs because it helps develop overall, as well as specific, athleticism in our students. The fitness and tennis staffs continually coordinate with each other to formulate programming. If either a fitness coach or a tennis coach feels an individual student needs particular fitness attention for their tennis strokes, footwork, speed, flexibility, or movement, those needs are taken into immediate account and attended to. Fitness is an integral part of our players’ development.
