Q: What are the basic athletic skills?
A: Our fitness coaches teach our athletes proper techniques for running, cutting, jumping, landing, acceleration, deceleration, strength, power, pushing, pulling, throwing, catching, kicking, and dribbling.



Q: What makes our fitness training program any different from what other gyms have to offer?
A: In our program, emphasis is placed on quality of movement. Our fitness staff trains every athlete, regardless of age or ability, to move with more efficiency, grace, and coordination in all planes of motion, at varying speeds and resistance levels. At our facility, most exercise takes place in a standing position using gravity as resistance, with minimal equipment available that would require sitting. Since traditional exercise machines have fixed motions and speed, they tend to be counterproductive toward improving the quality of movement.



Q: What unique training equipment do you have?
A: To help accomplish our training goal of movement efficiency, we have installed an NFL-grade turf field for speed, agility, and quickness training. This allows for change of direction training not possible on a treadmill. We also have a custom-made wall that allows for explosive core-rotation training with the use of medicine balls. This type of training is essential for sports such as tennis, baseball, and golf.
