Damir Barisic

Born in Osijek, Croatia.

Damir has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, and a Masters in Sports Administration and Coaching. As a player, Damir was a three time National Champion in Croatia, was a member of the Junior Davis Cup Team, and as a junior Damir achieved world ranking of top 50.

Even though he had ATP ranking in both singles and doubles, he deicded to start his coaching career at a very young age and he has gained great experience working next to coache such as Nick Boletierri, Niki Pilic, Ricardo Piatti etc. He has also coached many top players, including, Ana Konjuh, the winner of the 2013 Junior US Open, and, Dona Vekic, in 2012, the youngest top 100 WTA player at age 16. Damir’s experience and skill has made him one of our top coaches with our High Performance and Home School players at Bogota Racquet Club.
