TIME AND RATE SCHEDULE
The season consists of thirty-five weeks of play beginning Tuesday, September 5, 2023 and ending Monday, May 20, 2024. The Thursday contracts will end on May 23, 2024. ThanksgivingDay (Thursday, November 23, 2023) and Winter Break (Thursday, December 21, 2023 through Wednesday, January 3, 2024) are not part of the thirty-five week season. However, these times will be available at holiday rates on an open-time basis.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE
NO MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE A CONTRACT COURT.
Court captains will be given a complimentary Silver Membership for the period from 9/5/2023 – 9/2/2024. All other players can purchase their own membership. Please see membership packages on the back.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. The Court Captain is responsible for full payment of the Contract Court. Payment will only be accepted from the Captain.
2. All contract court fees are due by August 4, 2023. If any balance is due after this, management reserves the right to assign the intended court to another group. Court deposits will not be refunded.
3. All players must have a Consent & Release/General Information form on file at the club.
4. Allocation of all courts will be at management’s discretion.
5. The use of the facility is strictly at the player’s risk. The club is not responsible for injuries, accidents, damage or loss of personal property arising from normal athletic activities on the premises. All members in the group and their guests hereby specifically waive any claims for damages arising from their use of club facilities. The club reserves the right to cancel any contract court for any cause deemed appropriate at the sole discretion of management, including, but not limited to, failure to comply with the rules and regulations of the club.
